Choose what stays on your device and what you save to your account.

Local comparisons

Excel and CSV files are parsed and compared in your browser. Guest comparisons are not uploaded. Optional device storage keeps an unencrypted copy in this browser; turn it off to remove that copy. Downloaded reports remain on your device until you delete them.

Accounts and security

We store your username, display name, passkey public keys, hashed recovery codes and session records in Cloudflare D1. Private passkeys and biometric data stay with your device or passkey provider. Essential secure cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Sign out or revoke other sessions from Account.

Cloud comparisons

Save to account uploads the comparison data, including product names, prices, quantities, file names, settings and exclusions. These are stored in Cloudflare D1 and can be accessed through your account. Cloud storage is not end-to-end encrypted. Only upload data you are entitled to store. No comparison contents are sent to advertising, AI or analytics services.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views, visits, referrers, device and browser information, country and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or track individual users across websites. Analytics does not receive your imported tables or saved comparison contents. Counts can include automated traffic and do not prove that a visitor used the calculator.

Technical requests

Cloudflare processes technical request data to deliver and protect the service. Pricer uses short-lived, salted identifiers derived from IP addresses to limit abusive requests; these expire within 15 minutes and are removed during later authentication activity. Expired sign-in challenges and sessions are also cleaned up. Cloudflare manages its own infrastructure logs and retention.

Export and deletion

In Account, you can export your profile and comparisons, delete individual cloud comparisons, or delete your account. Account deletion removes the active account, passkeys, recovery codes, sessions and cloud comparisons. Provider backups may retain earlier copies for the provider’s recovery period. Files downloaded to your device and support correspondence are separate.

Future subscriptions

Paid plans are not enabled in this beta. If payments become available, Stripe will process payment details; Pricer will store customer and subscription identifiers and status. Payment card details will not be stored in Pricer. Checkout will show the price and terms before you agree to pay.
