What happens to your data

Price lists are processed on your device. Here is what is stored and how to delete it.

Uploaded tables

Pricer reads Excel, CSV and comparison files in your browser. Its code does not send their contents to a server, AI services or analytics. To open the website, your browser contacts the Cloudflare Pages hosting service. Price lists are processed locally, while the website itself loads over the internet.

Saving on your device

By default, imported price lists stay in the tab’s memory. If you enable Save on this device, both lists, the target margin and exclusions are saved in your browser’s localStorage. The save is not encrypted. Someone with access to your browser profile may be able to access this data. Leave this option off on a shared computer.

Turn the option off to delete the saved copy. To also clear data from the current tab, select New comparison, then Start over. You can also clear site data in your browser settings. Reports and comparison files downloaded to your computer must be deleted separately. The app does not sync them across devices.

Your language choice is stored in this browser, independently of whether you save price lists. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser settings.

Technical requests and hosting

The app’s code contains no advertising trackers, visitor analytics or cookies of its own. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as your IP address, browser details and access time, and authentication data if sign-in is used. Pricer does not control the provider’s logs or retention periods. For Cloudflare’s practices, see its privacy policy .

Contacting support

If you email pricersupports@gmail.com, the recipient can see your email address, message and attachments. Share only what is needed to resolve the issue; replace real products and prices with sample data. Email is processed by the email provider. You can request corrections to or deletion of correspondence at the same address.

Changes

If cloud storage, accounts or analytics are introduced, this page will be updated before those features are enabled.
