Free beta terms

A tool for comparing price lists and assessing gross profit scenarios.

Access and pricing

The current beta is free. It requires no payment card and does not start a subscription. Features and availability may change. Any future paid features will require separate consent; using the beta does not create an obligation to pay.

Purpose of the calculation

The result shows how changes in purchase costs affect gross profit at unchanged sales volumes and retail prices. It is not a demand forecast or a net profit calculation. The tool does not account for exchange rates, shipping, fees, discounts or taxes, update your accounting system, or make pricing decisions for you.

Source data

Upload tables you are entitled to use. Check the currency, product unit, VAT basis, number format and sales volumes. SKUs are matched exactly; a matching code alone does not establish that supply terms are the same. Duplicates and detected errors are flagged for review, but automated checks cannot detect every source data error.

Beta limitations

The beta may contain errors. Check key products against the source documents before changing purchases or retail prices. Keep copies of your price lists and comparison files: browsers may clear local storage, and a downloaded report cannot restore a session. To restore one, you need a JSON comparison file or both original price lists.
